To Patrick's Family, my sincere condolences. I met this gentleman about 7 years ago on the golf course. Over the years we created a bond that i enjoyed so much. From is quirky comments, to the smirky smile, the pipe and the Tiley hat. Learning and sharing about life events. I will miss spending time with him.

I was shocked to learn of Pat’s untimely passing and send my heartfelt sympathies to Lynn and the family. As a colleague at MBS, I deeply appreciated Pat’s wisdom and guidance and on my visits to Toronto enjoyed his warmth, humour, his deep sense of family and, of course, his and Lynn’s hospitality. Pat was an example of so many of life’s finest qualities. Ar dheis lamh Dé go raibh a anam dhilis. Ni fheicimid a leithead aris.

Dear Lynn, I am saddened to learn of Pat's passing. It was a delight for Weir and I to have known him and to be able to count him as our neighbour, and he was a very good one at that. I will miss the opportunities to receive a friendly greeting and stop for a quick chat when out for a walk. He was a lovely man. Wendy Milne

I met Patrick a year and a half ago when I first moved to Burlington. We hit it off from the beginning. Having played football in high school with his younger brother, Jim, I learned quickly that we had a lot in common. Patrick had a real love of life - his wife Lynn, his kids and grandkids of whom he spoke often; his memorable times at the cottage; his interests in golf, euchre, fishing, gardening, the Toronto Maple Leafs and so much more. Patrick was very helpful whenever he would see me working on something in my garage, and so quick to lend a hand or offer advice. I will miss this wonderful man. My condolences to Lynn, his family and his friends.
