Passed away in her home after a year long battle with cancer on Friday, July 12, 2019, at the age of 64. Loved long-term partner of Milan Gedeon. Cherished sister of Baird Jones. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Jean Jones. She will be deeply missed by Milan’s daughters Erin and Mike Reed, Jennifer and Declan Daly, their 6 children and her many extended family members and friends who always stayed by her side. Kathy was involved for many years in the Halton Outdoor Club, Cedar Springs Ski Club, Comfortable Hiking Holidays and Hamilton Bay Sailing Club and made many friends who loved her personality and skills.


Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Tuesday, July 23 from 12 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Reception to follow.
