Peacefully, surrounded by her family at The Carpenter Hospice, Burlington on Monday, June 3, 2019 at the age of 86. Predeceased by husband Victor. Loving mother of Laurie Tuttle (Tim Zuber), Lindsay Tuttle (John Stelmach), Bob Tuttle (Barb), David Tuttle (Lori), Ted Tuttle (Margaret) and Rebecca (Tony) Albanese. Adored grandmother of Christopher, Jonathan (Jonny), Sara (Taylor) Dawe, Harlee, Ashod, Declan, Colin, Evan, Zoe, Ashley, Jacob, Benjamin, and Joshua. Doting great-grandmother of Riley. Private cremation. A Celebration of her life will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Thursday, June 6th at 10:30 a.m. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Carpenter Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Jane was a beautiful neighbour to my family. She was always so kind and caring and always asked about how the kids were doing. She was always very poised and elegant and so very smart with an amazing memory. She always knew just what to say. The families speeches were so heartfelt and loving. My heart goes out to the family as I am absolutely positive they has lost a very cherished mother, grandmother and great grandmother.... you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

We only met Jane a few times but she definitely left a very lasting impression on us. We know her (through Bob and Barb) to be a strong, loving, generous woman and that she will be greatly missed. Unfortunately we can’t make the funeral service but you will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of Jane. Sharel and I only met your family once in 1981 at the Halls reunion that your Mom had organized. I remember it well, like it was only yesterday. Time certainly has a way of fleeting. We are not able to attend the service, but we will be there in spirit. Your mother was deeply loved, expecially by Diane, who is now the only member of their family. She offers her heart to you and your family. Love always. Sharel, Richard and Diane. xxx000
