Passed away suddenly at his home in Burlington on Tuesday June 4th one month after his 80th birthday. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Dawson) for 51 years. Loving father to Robert and Stephanie. Dear brother of Lee. Jack retired early from CIBC to pursue his love of gardening, travelling and hiking. Known for his love of nature, card games, classical music, and hoping Leeds United would be promoted. Private Cremation. A Memorial Gathering to Celebrate Jack’s life will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, 905-632-3333 on Monday, June 10, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. If desired, in lieu of flowers donations to the Bruce Trail or Doctors without Borders would be appreciated. www.smithsfh.com
