Passed away unexpectedly at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton on May 22, 2019 at the age of 83. Predeceased by her husband Thomas Anderson as well as her siblings Helen, Florence (Lorne), Dorothy (Bill), Fred (Gertrude) and Susan (Carl). Loving mother to Nora Anderson, Jacqueline Damjanovic (Charles), James Anderson (Katherine) and Ronald Anderson (Jill). Dear grandmother of Bradley, Shannon, Andrew, Paige and Abby. Irene will be missed by her sister Harriet Beale (Edward), her brothers-in-law Doug Crook (Late Mary) and Jack Little as well as many extended family members and friends. A Memorial Gathering to celebrate Irene’s Life will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333) on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or The YMCA would be greatly appreciated.
