Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at the age of 79. Loving partner of Patricia Wheeler. Survived by his first wife Lily-Anne Goddard and second wife Mary Jane Goddard.
Cherished father of Theresa (Ron) and Doug (Laura) and step-father to Charlene (Herbie), Gerry and Chris. Proud grandfather of Matt (Marianna), Alyssa, Christopher, Cassandra (Josh), Ryan, Branden, Jessica (Mike) and Jason. Great-grandfather of Logan, Jackson and Aubrey. Chuck will be fondly remembered by Kelly (Bill) and Lisa as well as his brother Merritt (Liz) and many extended family members and friends.
Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 1 p.m. followed by a reception. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
