Passed away in Hamilton on Friday, May 10, 2019 at the age of 42. Jackie is survived by her Mom Kathy LeBlanc and Step-Dad Mike Vizzari, her children Tenecia and Byron Lewis, granddaughter Alianna-Faith, sisters Terry Brewer (Scott), Mandi LeBlanc, Danielle Clairmont, brothers Leslie and Brian Clairmont, step-sisters Amanda Vizzari (Mike Lillie), Stephanie Shoesmith (Jeff Kovacs) and step-brother Kristopher Vizzari. Jackie will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
