Passed away at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Friday April 12, 2019 at the age of 95.
Loving wife of the late Jack Tremaine. Cherished Mother of Rick (Pat), Diane (Gary). Loving Nana to Bradley (Lesley). Proud Great-Grandmother of Savannah.
Cremation has taken place.
A Memorial Mass will take place at St. Patrick’s Church, 196 Kenwood Avenue, Burlington on Tuesday April 23rd at 10:30 am. Following there will be a Celebration of Life Reception in the Church Hall.
In lieu of Flowers, Donations to Carpenter Hospice Burlington would be greatly appreciated.
