Dear Baker and Coates family, I am so sorry to learn of Debbie's passing. I was so shocked to learn this. Although it has been some time since we connected, I still have fond memories of high school and university years. The last time we were together she shared many proud stories of her family. I wish you all well at this difficult time.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Debbie and I worked together at the ticket at Air Canada, she was very special to me and always referred to her as one of my children. Debbie shared a lot with me. I remember , this goes back at least 25 years ago , it was my birthday and she came to visit me at my sister's house and brought me a beautiful cup with a heart and flowers and it read "Friends are so special", I still cherish that cup. When she met Tom I was so happy for her . I was invited to the wedding to share this special day. For the past weeks Debbie was constantly on my mind and I reminded myself that I should call her so that we could get together to get caught up on our lives, this did not happen. My condolences to the Baker and Coates family. May God give you the strength and courage to face the loss of Debbie, May she rest in peace. She was a remarkable person.....Janice Spicer
