Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the United Mennonite Home on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 in his 92nd year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Patricia (2016). Loved father of Pauline MacLellan (Edmond), Maureen McCormack (Paul), Brian Gallagher, Ann Gallagher (Clive Jones), John Gallagher (Lynn) and Andrew Gallagher. Cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Maureen Gillon and Dr. Bernadette Gallagher. Special thanks to Erma Mutch for her loving care over the years. Thanks also to the staff of the United Mennonite Home and Lincoln Park Retirement Residence. Visitation at STONEHOUSE-WHITCOMB FUNERAL HOME, 11 Mountain Street, GRIMSBY (905-945-2755) on Sunday, April 28, 2019 from 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 135 Livingston Avenue, Grimsby on Monday, April 29, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial contributions to the Good Shepherd in Hamilton would be sincerely appreciated by the family.

We said a mass this morning at 930am for dear Charlie at St Theresa's Church Longton where members of the Ashley family and I shared prayers and memories. Margaret and I loved Charlie and Patricia so much and I will miss them until I see them all again. My thoughts and love are with you all. Uncle Eddie and family xxx
